We thank everyone for coming and celebrating New Years Eve with us, both complimentary and constructive comments are taken very seriously in our company. Chase I know you have spoken to Tim our CEO and happy to see you do understand our position. Anna, Our New Years Event offered more entertainment than any other party in San Diego; and our party was never meant to be an exclusive with one DJ. We closed the doors to Kaskade room because it was full. We comply completely with fire marshal and police and only let the rated capacity into each room. We priced our party so the consumer would benefit. From rooms to tickets. We started at $40 for a ticket, I suggest getting yours sooner to save money. And if you compare the talent and venue we had to all other NYE parties we by far had the best buy for your buck. Long lines are unavoidable, with almost 5000 people that show up its difficult to get you in fast. We had many ID checkers and staff to make it go as fast as possible. We hope you will give us the opportunity for a second chance, and allow us to show you what wonderful events we produce. If you would like to attend another show I will discount your tickets and try to help you best we can.

I paid over 300 dollars for VIP tickets for me and my boyfriend, I even got a hotel room there. First of all I bought the room thinking that the party would be included, come to find out WRONG. So i decided to go all out and get the room for 199 (224 with tax) and the VIP tickets for 300 (336 with tax) I essencially paid over 500 dollars. Then when kaskade *The reason i came* Was on, we get locket out of the main ballroom and they wouldn't let us in EVEN WITH VIP ARM BANDS! I tried to facebook Tim the guy who threw it and he never responded SUPRISE! We were so upset we went back to our shitty room with the shitty view and went to sleep. I would never recommend spending more than presale cover for this guy's events.

I guess it payed off getting VIP tickets. I thought everything was great. . . I was even on stage with all the headliners, lol. Although, I didnt realize Kaskade was in the next room till he was already playing but still got in with no problems.

I went to the party at the Sheraton and I paid 80 dolars for my ticket. And after the long lane to get in I couldnt celebrate the midnight with my friends, because was so desorganized that they have to lock the doors to the main dancefloor. That happened to me the three times that i went to the bathroom outside. I went all the way from LA to San Diego to this party and to see Kaskade playing and guess what??? They locked the doors when Kaskade start to play and i waited outside for 30 minutes. I think the whole party was very very desorganized and very expensive for so little effort from you guys. if i could back I would nevver go again to this shitty party.
