STOMPY/SUNSET "IndepenDance" - July 4th, 2010

4th of July falls on a Sunday this year, which means it's a Stompy/Sunset Leap year, as the nation takes the day off come Monday and we host our "IndepenDance" at Cafe Cocomo. Since this event happens only a couple times a decade you're going to need that extra day off, as we invited an artist that has been a defining beacon for House music, the one and only KERRI "KAOZ" CHANDLER. Few artists in the music business reach the level of accomplishment and status that Kerri Chandler has achieved, and he is known throughout the universe as one of the original creators of the deep house sound whose beats and basslines are now legendary. A rare performance not to be missed.

Along with a living legend, we also have a future legend, JUSTIN MARTIN from the (not so) little collective, Dirtybird. As the late Oscar Wilde once said, 'Life is too important to take seriously', and its an ethos that our great compatriot sticks to, despite achieving soaring success over the last six years as a producer and DJ. We're looking forward to Justin closing the outside terrace with some audio fireworks.
