Terms of Purchase:

E-TICKETS • PRINT AT HOME

Upon purchase you will receive a Print at Home "E-Ticket" via email. Please make sure to add "tickets@eventvibe.com" to your acceptable emails to avoid your tickets going to your spam folder. You must print out & present your entire ticket at the door for entry. 

This ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. 

The barcode allows entry for total quantity of tickets purchased per transaction.
Barcode will scan (1) time only. Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. Arrival Time - For guaranteed, priority entry you must arrive   within the specified arrival time. Arrival after the specified time   could result in delayed entry based on capacity (subject to venue & promoter)

Keep your ticket in a safe place as you would money or any tickets to any other event. Eventvibe.com is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, the promoter &/or venue reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders. The event date, time and talent are subject to change without notice.

WILL CALL
Upon purchase you will be placed on a 'Will Call' list at the venue unless otherwise noted, which will be available at the opening time of the event, unless otherwise noted. To pick up a ticket order (gain entry into the event), you must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket, a valid picture I.D. of the individual listed as the "Name of Person Picking up Tickets", and the transaction number. If you are unable to pick up your order because you do not have a valid picture I.D. in your possession at the time and place of pickup, you will not receive a refund for this purchase. Purchaser acknowledges that the name entered on this order form will be released to the event promoter to facilitate order pickup at the venue. Venue and talent are subject to change. All tickets for a single order must pick up together at one time (unless otherwise noted).  Eventvibe has the right to change ticket delivery method upon notice.  All ticket purchasers will be contacted minimum 48hrs prior to an event for alternate delivery method.

NO REFUNDS All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled.

Eventvibe.com is only a ticketing service. We do not guarantee the products or services offered by the promoters, venues or event coordinators. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must pursue a remedy through the promoters, venues or event coordinators, as there are NO REFUNDS for any reason through eventvibe.com. Eventvibe.com does it's best to only represent reputable promoters and event producers through our ticketing service. The final decision is yours however, as to whether you feel the promotional company, venue or event producer listed can guarantee all aspects of the event they are offering, as that will be your only remedy if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

If the event is cancelled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, upon request. To request a refund you must forward your original e-mail receipt to refunds@eventvibe.com, please add the word refund in the subject line. Refund request must be made within five days of the events originally scheduled date.
