Like watercolor paint, our musical landscape is blending together.
Indie bands, bass DJs, and house music animals no longer have to segregate to different tribes. Better yet, music festival promoters are tuning into this transformation and unifying DJs and live acts from around the world. Out with the generic mainstream, and in with true artists who actually pushing the envelope.
The latest festival says it all in the name. One Tribe is a music festival that begins its first year this September 25-26 and boasts the welcoming theme, "Real Music for Real People". One Tribe features a variety of cutting-edge artists including Kygo, Gramatik, Tycho and more. The first phase lineup was announced today below:
DAMIAN LAZARUS & THE ANCIENT MOONS
RUFUS DU SOL
GET LOST STAGE
FRANCESCA LOMBARDO (LIVE)
FRIDAY NIGHT CAMPING EXPERIENCE
Although the theme is down-to-earth and unifying, the lineup shows off some serious talent. One Tribe is produced by ID&T, a subdivision of the global SFX company that produces top notch festivals like Tomorrowland, Mysteryland and many more, so you know the production is going to be next level.
The music starts Friday night with a special camping experience by the Desert Hearts crew, party revelers known for their all-night house music and techno.
Camping will be available Friday and Saturday night in the beautiful California State Park featuring 5 waterfront stages and sandy beaches upon the shore of SoCal's Lake Perris (just east of Riverside).
Sounds like the perfect blend of nature, party, and uncensored tunes, all under one sky - for one weekend. We are one tribe.
Who are you most excited to see?
